...love 'em both.

Gore/Edwards 08 would be nice. May never happen but I'm just sayin'

Two East-Coast Southern guys? The party would probably pressure for a more geographically balanced ticket.

7. Both have lost in a VP/Pres election.
How many have run and lost and then run again and won? Nixon?? That ended well. (I don't know, a legit question)


I like them too.. But, clinging to the past will fuck us. No Hillary, fresh blood is needed. A unknown popping up prior to the primaries would be ideal.

...not sure Kerry/Edwards did either. A new face might do - depending on who it is. If it's another freakin Liebermann, forget it.

9. Gore considered Edwards in '00. Apparently Edwards wasn't pro-Corp
enough for Gore, since Gore went with Lieberman.

15. I think Gore was trying to send a message to Wall St with Joe
that he couldn't send had he picked Edwards.

Edwards was from a big banking state, but didn't have the kind of relationship with the banks that Joe had with accounting and insurance industries.
