On the CIA leak investigation front, the grand jury meets at 1:00 pm ET.

With all the requisite caveats - we don’t know if it’s actually going to happen; even if it does, we don’t know that it concerns the CIA leak case etc - it’s worth noting that the Note says the schedule for the grand jury today is to meet this afternoon - 1 p.m. - not this morning, as seems to be the usual schedule.

Fitz seems to like to meet with them in the afternoon as that was when Karl testified.

It would be great if Fitz showed up. If not, the GJ may be dealing with other cases.

At the Republican conference meeting this a.m., Rep. Ric Keller (R-FL) said the following as he prepared to ask WH DCoS Karl Rove a question about immigration:

"Ladies and Gentlemen, sometimes when you get in bed with Teddy Kennedy, you get more than just a good night's sleep..."
That brought the house down.

Rove briefed the members on immigration and took a few questions before begging off for a previous committment. The leaders invited him back.

One positive note for the prospects of getting a bill POTUS can sign out of the House, per a source: Rep. Bill Thomas told Rove that President did a great job" during his immig. speech Monday night and that "we all have something we can tout in the plan."

The Patton Boggs' DC address is: 2550 M St Nw. Is this an office building? Do they have offices on the 4th floor? Any info you can provide?

Got an answer from someone I know there:

Update: I e-mailed Mark Corallo this morning about the secret service detail and the number of floors at Patton Boggs. He didnt' answer about the secret service detail, but he did say Patton Boggs is in a building with more than four floors and Bob's office is not on the fourth floor. He also reiterates his denial of a meeting Friday:

Again, it is demonstrably false that any meeting took place on Friday (at Patton Boggs or anywhere else). This fraud needs to admit that he is lying and go away for good.....why did Leopold LIE about being a London Sunday Times Reporter?
