STOP THE PRESSES! THIS IS HUGH! SENATE DEBATING THE MENACE....
Edited on Thu May-18-06 12:52 PM by IanDB1
OF ALLIGATOR ATTACKS!!!

Rep. Adam Putnam from Florida wants half a MILLION dollars to catch aligators!

How can they waste time on this, when we have such real, pressing, threatening issues facing us today... like gay marriage, steroids in baseball, people falling of cruise ships, flag burning, singing the national anthem in English, saying "Merry Christmas" at Wal-Mart, violent video games, Natalie Holloway and the social security crisis!?!?!

ALLIGATORS?

Fuck the ALLIGATORS...

People are getting GAY MARRIED in Massachusetts, and they want to talk about people being eaten by ALLIGATORS?

Come on!

Oh, I feel the urge to burn a flag... they'd better pass a constitutional amendment against it RIGHT NOW, or I just might do it!

Flag!

Fire!

Burn!

Oooh....

Someone, stop me!

Pass a law... PLEASE...

Must...

Not...

Get...

Gay...

Married...

Oh, Republicans! Save me! Save Me!

1. Are they really talking about alligators?
I mean, what are they gonna do? Pass a law forbidding alligators to kill people?

18. No, you say "alligator" but Republicans hear "alli-gay-tors"
That's what's got them upset.

10. Well, since Alligators are getting a bad reputation...
they might be planning an ad campaign conflating the much feared "Liberals" with the much feared (and possibly GAY) Alligators!

7. Last week they were debating Olympic congratulations to Italy.
...whether to send an official congratulations to the people of Turin.

...and some people say Congress doesn't have the spine to tackle the tough issues...

9. Another "Moral Panic"
Google that. It's fascinating reading that explains how politicians use "moral panic" to manipulate the public and retain power.

21. I just saw him yesterday
bitching how democrats were fiscally irresponsible. This should be brought up everytime he tries to say anything about the budget. Tell, you what, you pay for that 'Croc Hunter' guy to come down and take care of it, and write it off as a business expense next year.
