"It's legal 'cause we say so."
Screw the Constitution,"

and the laws long established since the Magna Carta or maybe even Hammarabi's code are irrevelant.

Are we really gonna stomach this reality?

It's apparently legal to decimate your 4th amendment rights 'cause they say so. Okay??? So just relax but be afraid. Be very afraid.

2. Byrd said this of Hitler
Hitler never abandoned the cloak of legality; he recognized the enormous psychological value of having the law on his side. Instead, he turned the law inside out and made illegality legal.

5. co-opting the media and making the general
populous afraid 24/7 didn't hurt either.

To say nothing of usurping the judiciary and minimizing the UN and the ICC. It's been utterly mind blowing.

3. Well, our checks and balances are no longer working
We have a pResident asserting his presidential powers and no one (Congress, Supreme Court) is forcing him to stand down.

Pray like hell we can make serious change in November.

6. Throw out Diebold and ES&S and Sequoia and we will make serious
changes in November. Oh yeah, and muzzle the corporate media, since their obvious bias hurts us more then it helps us.

8. Would that it were we had accountable voting
then we would. But we don't. Voter Verified Paper Ballots. That's the only solution. And it's unlikely this time 'round. That declaration is for Andy. God rest his soul. Sorry but it's almost the anniversary of his passing.

I'm sad about that.

7. The breaking of the consititution goes back further than 9/11
9/11 is just the bloody shirt * et al use to stifle disent. This admin is just the more out in the open about their crushing of Americans to save the nation. "Destroying the Village to save it" goes back to the Whiskey Rebellion well before 'Nam.
