1. Sort of a double-edged sword.

On the one hand, you can carry on with your life, safe in the knowledge that you are unlikely to get a 6am visit from some guys in black riot gear and assault rifles.

On the other, it's like they're saying 'You're no threat to us, little man. Go back to your pitiful life and behave yourself.'

I wish I could issue a No Security Threat letter about our government, but unfortunately they fail on every count.
