Rove hasn't been photographed since Monday, May 15th
And he was photographed at least 15 times on that day.

Hmm, where could Mr. "Unfazed by Chance of Charges" be?

I believe he has dual citizenship, US/Germany and if he just happened to go on a fact finding trip to Switzerland, I don't know that we could get him back.

14. here it is
Rove's grandfather was Karl Heinz Roverer, the Gauleiter of Oldenburg. Roverer was Reich-Statthalter---Nazi State Party Chairman---for his region. He was also a partner and senior engineer in the Roverer Sud-Deutche Ingenieurburo A. G. engineering firm, which built the Birkenau death camp, at which tens of thousands of Jews, Gypsies, dissidents and other were slaughtered en masse.

has German citizenship. Having a grandfather- and specifically such a grandfather-
will hardly entitle him at this day and age to be given citizenship. Please correct me, if I am wrong.

3. Well, he was up on the Hill midweek at a private GOP rep confab
...and he was at a fundraiser attended by 500 fatcats in IL on Friday evening. I'll bet some of them had cameras, though likely the free press wasn't invited unless they wanted to spring for a ticket.

15. Well, at least that was how it was reported in the non-credible MSM
Still, no camera has captured his image for 5 days. Seems very odd for such a high ranking figure in serious legal jeopardy.

25. The press appears at public events, not private ones
I'll bet the Lake County GOP will have pictures up, eventually.

It's not that no camera has captured him, it's just that the images are not worth printing in the major media, because, with the exception of the ramblings of a solitary online "journalist," Karl is not in the news except for his speech early in the week.

This week's bald media darling isn't Karl, it's General Hayden.

And since Karl hasn't been indicted, where's the serious legal jeopardy? He's going about his miserable, fetid business. The only one who thinks he has been indicted is a twice-fired "reporter" from a website that issues "partial apologies." The rest of the world has not been enlightened by Mr. Leopold's "sources," so there's no story there.

41. You have to have credentials and a background check to get
on the Hill to work as a photog, like Melina Mera at WAPO. There's a prohibition against any old journo-photog wandering around unsupervised. Remember the crap Clooney dealt with, where they wouldn't let him shoot K Street up there?

But these private meetings, there is never a photographer in there unless someone INVITES them. In this case, no one did. And that is NOT uncommon.

Desperately striving for credibility. Odds are Rove scampered away; he doesn't want to be seen as the 'architect' and the GOP lawmakers want to pretend that he isn't pulling the strings.

They'll NEED some distance and plausible deniability if and when Fitzgerald finishes his work.

Front" was the theme, after KKKRove was played up in the M$M as if by intent ...Mind you, I was still hoping in the veracity of Leopold's story and Will's endorsemnet of it at that time, but it remains suspicious to say the least! Are all of these reporters merely parrots or plagiarizers?

50. Now, that is telling! I just checked both of my Websters, and fazed is
listed, but NOT unfazed...it seems to be relatively common, but I bet it's not all that commonly used. All of these reporters just picked up on select words to describe Rove as if on cue? (An aside, as I was looking for the word, the first word I read was unimpeachable! Groan. And I believe in synchronicities.)

Too planned for me. And his appearance coverage? And K.O., Tweety and the others who were literally salivating over coverage of the potential indictment, were all mum last week? And, no M$M has publically refuted T.O.'s article? Still don't know. It's too bad that Leopold's reputation was tarnished before, because Rove uses people like that to "Rather" them. Was the name of the B* biographer who 'committed suicide' after a visit from Rove, Hatfield?

Rove stayed for only 10 to 12 minutes total -- just enough time to essentially rehash Bush's Monday speech and answer a few questions, according to 10 or so members NBC News spoke with after the meeting.

Can Rove weather the political, legal storm?

Karl Rove unfazed by possibility of indictment in CIA leak case

Rove Said Unfazed by Chance of Charges

On the Rove issue: This is the thing... This just isn't about Rove and whether he gets indicted, this is about this administration and how they are going to look in the eyes of the public if another WH staffer is indicted... All of this is greater than Rove, even he is expendable in the Bush WH...

Hatfield was the name of the author, BTW. The book is The Fortunate Son. I'm going to do a search later on the subject. That concerted effort by the media at the beginning of the week looked like a cover-up. I had posted my concerns before about the possibility of Leopold being used (there were many threads on this very subject) by KKKRove himself, and now my suspicions are activated again. Where IS Will, and why was he so adamant? Same with T.O.... Their sources were perhaps the source of the false info. and lying, not Leopold. ????? Who knows?
