The sociopath. Cheney. He knows it and doesn't care. Junior's Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is effectively untreatable. That's why he should be put away in a padded cell for the rest of his life. I'd leave Cheney in the general population of a maximum security prison. Along with Rumsfeld. Gitmo would be just fine. Hire Iraqi guards - ones who've lost family due to US bombing or itchy trigger fingers.

They're all so uniquely evil. Rumsfeld has been around for a long time, like some vampire. Colon Pile might have stopped all this madness, but chose not to. Chimpy knows he's not the "decider", just a actor on TV playing the "decider".

14. Evil on purpose, vs evil by accident.
You get the sense with Cheney that he's worked on his evil, honed its edge and polished it over the years. While with Shrub, it's just evil by stupid accident.

If there was any Li/MiHop at all, I am convinced that Cheney knew. I am honestly not so sure Bush did. I've never been much into the conspiracy theories, but lately I've been wondering about, specifically, Cheney's role.
