I've just recently started trying to use photoshop.. actually what I have is paint shop pro v.7 and animation factory...

I'm not familiar with the latest versions of PaintShop but there are mostly comparable tools. You should be able to clean up the edges by selecting some of those artifacts with a magic wand and deleting. The exact repetitions are also a giveaway. Rotate and transform them so they look different. Look for a "defringing" command to also help with edges.

Overall, I commend the effort. Playing is learning. Rock on!

I have only used it a few times, been teaching myself out of boredom since I've been unable to work due to an injury. It's not anything I do for a living or anything, but it may be an option to consider since I won't be able to return to construction. I've been teaching myself how to build websites and just in the past week or 2 started really messing with images like this. I've created a few header graphics but thats about the extent of my knowledge. I teach myself and learn by trial and error until I can get some kind of real training. I'm too much of a workaholic for them to tell me I'll never work again... I'll show them! I do appreciate your input and advice though. I've probably got over $40,000 worth of software and stuff on here that I either never use or don't know how to use, but I've got time on my hands right now, and idle hands are the devils workshop! LOL

ALL of the Freepers' protests are lame. I remember that someone posted pictures of some dinner for powerful Democrats on webshots. The Democrats weren't doing anything but going to dinner, but the Freepers were outside holding signs about "elitism". It was bullshit.

There was another user who posted a really stupid (and bitter) sidewalk sale "in support of John Kerry". So they were selling flip-flops and other objects that not-so-subtly reinforced their lies about Kerry. It seemed really childish. THEY seem really childish.

Why do these little freaks still worry about Clinton?? Some people need to get a life. How anyone could say anything good about this mis-administration with a straight face is beyond me.
