question about Govt. Printing Office

do they keep a printing log available to the public?

all these new immigrant regulations need forms; all the other new stuff needs forms. are they already printed? being printed now?

in an open govt. can't we know what the gov. printing office is printing?

any of the other new regs like needing proof of working, etc.
