Mexico Works to Bar Non-Natives From Jobs

MEXICO CITY - If Arnold Schwarzenegger had migrated to Mexico instead of the United States, he couldn't be a governor. If Argentina native Sergio Villanueva, firefighter hero of the Sept. 11 attacks, had moved to Tecate instead of New York, he wouldn't have been allowed on the force.

Don't know if this has already been posted but I thought it was interesting.

4. Ok if villanueva did not become a US ciizen

he woudl not have been able to join the force. If you try to join the Police Department you NEED to be an American Citizen, naturalized or otherwise. If you are an immigrant to Mexico with an FM-22 and then you become a naturalzed citizen then you can join the force. What kind of tripe are they trying to prove?
