I usually go there to check the different newspaper links, but when I tried this AM, it was no good. It's odd. This is the FIRST time I've ever experienced that with cspan!

I am streaming right now. But I had to try a few times until I got to it. So yes, they seem to have some problems, but with a bit of perseverance you should be able to reach it.
