Was Lay Released Pending Sentencing?

I can't seem to find out what happened to him. Was he released pending either appeal or sentencing?

2. yes, his sentencing won't take place until September, they took his

passport. Must be nice, if that was me or you we'd be in jail right now, Kenron was released on 5 million bond.

8. i'm not sure, i would guess there will be a lengthy pre-sentencing report

and i'm sure an appeal will be filed.

7. Wouldn't his name be placed on the "No Fly" list?

I mean, you can't fly anywhere if you're on the "No Fly" list. Am I being naive here?

in the country?

Enron had offshore subsidiaries, so they obviously know how to get funds offshore.

Seems pretty likely that they would have bank accounts and even real estate in offshore countries. They could easily flee using a friend's corporate jet.
