Dixie Chicks Taking The Long Way
Awesome CD. I don't like country. I do like this.

3. "Lullaby"
It was used as the closing song on "Medium" (a great show on NBC) this past Monday - and when the show ended, an announcer identified the song, the Chicks, and reminded the viewers that their new CD would be released the next day.

That told me where the producers of "Medium" were coming from.

I'm a fan forever.

It's a heartbreakingly gorgeous song on a brilliant album. They keep getting better and better, I think.

5. I'm still listening to Tool's new album.
I don't really like country, so I'll just stick with Tool.

7. My sig suggests not opening it so much your brains fall out. :D
But seriously. I think the flack they are catching from their own fan-base is just, well, un-american.

But that being said, I simply don't like their music, and I dont' have money to spend on something I will not even use at all, right now...

8. I'm not too impressed either.
Can't could stand comtemporary folk which is what they do now. It's not particularly good music anyway. If they want to make a statement then poetry might have be better. The origin of the main track was a reaction to hate mail - according to Eliza Gilkyson on a live radio interview here in the UK last night. The CD won't be released here for two weeks it's that good. x(

If you wanna here some good music and singing then listen to, or better still watch this, and allow for the fact I don't particularly like Sheryl Crow either :

It's the Always on your Side duet with Sting.
