This wench wont be successful, I don't think, but that's what she wants to do. What do you think about this?

1. Uh, um, uh... uh, uh. um, uh......
She says those words more often than the rest.

Not very articulate or worthy as an orator regardless of any merit on written paper, now is she?

Also, will she booze it up after getting the new prohibition passed?

The alcohol lobby is even more powerful than the tobacco lobby. Hell, the only lobby with more say in DC is the oil lobby.

5. I think it's disinfo. Here's why:
The question posed to her, if you listen to her answer, was "Would legialization help reduce the number of persons using currently-illegal drugs". She may desire that alcohol be outlawed but that snippet of video does nothing to support that allegation.

A wench she is....this is so typical....if she want's to bring
back prohibition because alcohol is addictive....she will have to prohibit most if not all pharmaceutical medicines because most of them are addictive...

She is the head of the DEA.....brilliant....guess she doesn't pay attention the governments history.....crime once again would go through the roof...it's not like the police and the DEA have nothing better to do....oh let's say stopping the huge cocaine and heroine importation into our country.....

Another hack....

6. What a psycho-fool... is she for real?
The DEA has clearly lost the plot as nixon's secret police arm
to imprison his opposition, all those jews and potsmokers, but
this new ignorance is just brazen, like they purposely pick
these out-of-touch losers for their gross fundamentalism in
the face of facts and history. Loony, bonkers fools.. the
world is laughing and the american prisons are seething.

I am a member of Marijuana Policy Project and do what I can, politically, to stop the war on drug users.. which is not much, but if we ALL joined, Millions of us, boy! What a difference we could make! Check it out! Google it!

welcome to DU. Be sure to check out the "drugs policy" forum/group as well.

Good to have an MPP supporter here. The lie of the evil war needs to be exposed,
and blogging is on the frontline.

"asgaya dihi" is a DU'er with some exceptional information on the drugs war,
and is impeccable in representing against this evil that destroys so many
millions of our own lives.

Welcome. :toast:

22. welcome to DU miss!
I'm a norml and mmp member too! My buddy owns a bar in NY, and when NY banned smoking indoors he started saying this. I thought it was funny.

I've smoked every day for about ten years now. I have to take a drug test on Monday in order to get a new job. This is the soberest that I've been in a long time. I don't drink (except at my buddys bar).

What is the deal with your DU name? I saw a cute pic of a turtle around here somewhere.

Peace and low stress

28. Utter bilge.
Yes, let's make alcohol illegal. After all, when we did it the first time, all it did was spawn a massive increase in lawlessness and turn many small-time gangsters into arch-criminals with vast wealth. Good idea!

34. I, for one, welcome the consistency.
Just like I appreciate it when "pro-lifers" admit that their real agenda has to do with criminalizing not just abortion, not just all forms of contraception, but all non-procreative sex or sex outside of Christian marriage.

It's called intellectual honesty. People should see these crazy fucking control freaks for what they are- busybodies who want to run everyone else's god-damn lives.

35. ever notice that it's the recreational vices of the RICH that are . . .
legal? . . . while those of the less-than-rich (the rest of us) are punishable by years in prison in some states? . . .

marijuana is a much cheaper high than alcohol . . . it's also not controlled by (and therefore making profits for) the controlling rich (via their corporations) . . . harvesting is a lot simpler and costs a whole lot less than distilling, and distribution avoids most of the middle men . . . it's a hardy plant that can be grown anywhere with east, and which produces its smokable leaves at a rapid pace . . . (it also, btw, has many other beneficial industrial strength uses) . . .

maybe I'm ignorant or something, but criminalizing grass but not alcohol sure looks like rank hypocrisy of the highest order to me . . .
