This Memorial Day we should honor the fallen by demanding the truth from the Bush Administration. At least 2,464 U.S. troops have died in this war based on a lie and thousands more have been wounded. We must demand our troops be brought home.

But the thought of my dearest Mother going through the trauma of scenes such as those just terrified me.

That was stunning. The crying is for real people from real families. They don't keep statistics on shed tears.

These soldiers died protecting us from non-existent WMDs. Lies have consequences.

We will never forget either their sacrifice :patriot:




or the lies that led to their deaths. :grr:

9. That was moving.
I was ok, I wasn't crying until I saw the marine on his knees...I even somehow managed to keep it together when I saw the little boy crying. I've watched the military channel all day, watching vets revisit the battlefields they lost their friends on, so it's been a tear filled day.
And what had been a common thought thru all of this has been how Bush is making a mockery of the deaths of every single serviceman who died during every major war our country fought to ACTUALLY protect out freedom. What is heartening is a lot of the vets are realizing just how full of shit that bastard is.
