Ok, I am really sllloooooowww on the news but can you tell me

what the heck is up with this Haditha thing? I could find it myself but I don't have a lot of time on the computer. My dad only allows a certain amount of time plus I haven't been watching TV because I've been under the weather due to the fact I've been off my meds.
