Santorum was an idiot on Imus. Imus is an idiot.
Santorum was an absolute idiot on Imus this morning. I do not listen or watch Imus in the Morning. I find him just too hard to look at. Ugly bastard.

But Santorum might as well not shown up. Imus asked repeatedly what the US would do to Iran if they didnt stop the nuclear program. Santorum didnt have an answer. Imus likened the run up to Iran to the run up to Iraq.

He also said "Iraq was Irans enemy. Sure glad we took them out." Santorum stumbled on his tongue.

This guy is an idiot.

1. I switched after Imus praised Santorum to the skies. BUT! I'm
really glad Santorum showed his true colors for all to hear. He's a 'moran', and now more people know it!

4. I never get up this early and I was watching too
Edited on Thu Jun-01-06 07:38 AM by JohnnyRingo
Is this parody?
Imus claimed he was "officially supporting" Santorum, then he kind of made fun of the Senator's positions on Iran/Iraq, pushing him to connect Saddam with Al Qaeda. He put the Dixie Chicks in his face (who Imus apparently supports)

Then after the interview he thanked Santorum for "being such a good sport" adding "as if you have a choice".

I'm not sure how to take this show. Glad I don't usually get up early, morning people are too confusing. Must be the coffee.

He seemed to have a good time screwing with Andrea Mitchel too.

7. Imus ia a passive aggressive abuser with one foot in the grave,
....the other on a banana peel and a trophy wife who probably wouldn't mind giving him a shove.

The guy's whole shtick is him blathering while his sycophantic "crew" praise him and call him "I Man" while he abuses them and brags about how much money he has and how much money he raises for "The Imus Ranch.". The same goes for the suck-up politicians that come on his show only to be abused. Pitiful.

5. I keep Imus on as background noise
so I know he tends to give everybody a hard time! I find his impersonators very annoying, but worth it sometimes for a gem like this comment he made to a news guy he was interviewing:

"I have the solution. Bring Saddam over here to be President and send Bush over there to stand trial" (something to that effect...)

I missed the Santorum interview, but he does tell all the politicans he supports them, probably why he gets those interviews! His gushing over them is part of his "act".

And he does support the Dixie Chicks and is thrilled they went #1 and hopes that the country stations that are boycotting them lose a lot of money.

6. "I do not listen or watch Imus"?
Ok, I'm sorry but if that is true then how the heck do you know what was being said this morning on the hideous Imus show (which I really do not watch or listen to as he and his buddies are first class rightwing assholes.)
