Why would God go and create all these millions of Homosexuals?

Surely if God didn't want gay folks, he'd have surely not created so many of them, only to damn them all to hell. What the hell kind of a sick twisted god would do that?

If you believe in the God written about thousands of years ago by men who thought the Earth was flat. Not that they were stupid, just ignorant on some points. Although they did know how powerful fear is. Just think, if not for a system set up for control, we'd all be killing each other like animals.

Perhaps evolution is increasing the homosexual population to decrease the birth rate and counteract rampant overpopulation (although I'm certainly not sure that the homosexual population is actually increasing as a percentage of the heterosexual population). Anyway, just a thought. I'm sure, though, that toasters aren't involved. ;-)

when they "chose" to be a heterosexual? At what point did you look at a boy and a girl and CONSCIOUSLY selected to be attracted to one or the other? If they can cite a struggle, therein lies their issue with homosexuality.

It's a lifesyle CHOICE! God only makes heteros. Millions of heteros choose the homosexual lifestyle according to the homosexual agenda... :sarcasm: :eyes:

We can choose to kill despite our instinct to. Or we can choose not to, no matter the provocation. Ergo, a homosexual can engage in those feelings or not. That is the choice.

While poorly articulated, whether they care about the instinct is immaterial; acting upon it is.

I am not advocating one side or the other. I am making an attempt to point out an angle few people have fathomed. And that includes those who advocate against the acceptance of homosexuals.

I read it years ago, that homosexuality has been around for thousands of years. She quotes in her book that during the Golden Age of Greece an edict was initiated that stated you must have sex with your wife at least once a week, since there was a lot of male on male stuff going on. She also wrote about the hypocrisy of the Catholic Church--it was more of a sin for a priest to be caught having relations with a woman than a man--her proof was in the punishment meted out for such transgressions. We have two talented cousins in our family who are homosexual--I definitely know one has been different since he was under the age of five. He grew up in a small cowboy town, his dad was a cowboy ( a very patient, compassionate man), and since he was about four years old all he wanted to do is learn how to dance. He became a professional dancer in LA--to me, in his situation, environment did not make a difference. I believe this is the way he was born to be. Some Native American people believe that it is because a male can have a female spirit and a female can have a male spirit. In reincarnation, it is believed that the previous life could have been male or female and the soul does not recognize or refuses to recognize it's new incarnation. Oh yeah, my best friend's sister is gay, and she told me at a very young age, before five, she refused to put on a dress. Still wears jeans and cowboy hat, works with horses. I don't care what the explanation, people have the right to be themselves, as long as they're not harming others (don't want to encourage any Ted Bundy types)!!!! Our cousins, one a dancer and one a historian, have added to society with their talents and have harmed no one's marriage--so maybe if some are worried about homosexuals threatening wholesome, god-fearing marriages, maybe they better look at themselves. Because I know of quite a few other things that destroy marriages, and it's not GAYS!!!!!

should I live like a nun, I may as well become a nun. Oh, and we're having sex without procreating--we're sinners!!!! There is nothing wrong with two consenting adults being together. It is not my business. How can one equate it with murder, if they are consenting and not harming anyone? And, if they having a loving, lasting commitment and wish to take vows for that commitment, I don't see a problem--it harms no one.
