15. I voted inconsequential
My real feeling are some gray area between that and small.

The bombings will continue and more Iraqi blood will be shed. The White House Truth Ministry will still spin the violence as a dying insurgency, pretending that neoconservative policy is having an effect.

There are a couple of threads on DU today quoting him as saying basically that with Zarkawi gone, things will turn around and the insurgency will now come under control
