Fake voting rights activists and groups linked to White House
Edited on Fri Dec-30-05 12:20 PM by cal04
Check out Bob Fitrakis's latest report on the latest stolen election, brought to you by the same guy who says he has the right to tap your phone. Any guesses whose phones he's tapped?

http://www.democrats.com/

Top level Republican operatives with ties to the White House, Senate Majority Leader William Frist and the Republican National Committee (RNC) not only engaged in the suppression of poor and minority voters in the 2004 Ohio presidential election' but they spun the election irregularities into a story linking blacks to cocaine and voter fraud. Bush allies in Ohio are now using this myth of voter fraud to pass a repressive "election reform" bill.

In the month prior to and immediately after the 2004 presidential election' the Republican Party engaged in an orchestrated campaign to divert the mainstream media focus away from election fraud and irregularities in Ohio and manufactured the myth of "voter fraud." According to a former Columbus Dispatch reporter' Ohio Senator Mike Dewine sent his spokesperson' Mike Dawson' to meet with the editorial board of the Dispatch and other Ohio newspapers. The primary talking point for the GOP was that there was no evidence of irregularities in Ohio. The Republican state legislature used the "voter fraud" spin to introduce the draconian Ohio House Bill 3. The "election reform" bill has passed both Republican-dominated houses and is awaiting a conference committee at the start of the new year.

In March 2005' Congressman Bob Ney held a U.S. House Administrative hearing at the Ohio Statehouse where a general counsel for the brand new voting rights group' the American Center for Voting Rights (ACVR)' told the Congressional committee that the voting problems in Ohio were the result of the NAACP paying people with crack in order to entice them to register to vote. ACVR's general counsel' Mark F. "Thor" Hearne' turned out to be the former national general counsel for Bush-Cheney '04' Inc.' with no history of working in a voting rights organization. Hearne relied on a lawsuit filed against the NAACP in Wood County' Ohio "alleging fraudulent voter registration under the Ohio Corrupt Practices Act."

3. Recently, in Ohio, real voting rights groups put four real election reform
initiatives on the ballot. The election reform initiatives were predicted to win by 60/40 votes, but got flipped over into 60/40 LOSSES (!) on election day--the most audacious vote flipover we've seen yet. The machines and their masters are now telling us what the rules are going to be for elections and are PREVENTING reform.

See Bob Koehler's article on the Ohio initiatives:

Something is rotten in the state of Ohio--and is stinking up the entire nation.

Throw Diebold and ES&S election theft machines into 'Boston Harbor' NOW!

4. I thought HB3 was dead?
This is awful. If we allow them to win in Ohio, they will try the same in other states.

5. ACVR was formed in Dallas TX on 3/17/05
and got to testify in front of Bob Ney's kangaroo court on 3/22/05 in Columbus, OH.

6. check out Brad Blog
We've yet to hear back from Dyke, but by way of a reminder, here again is the screenshot from the ACVR's Internic registration which has, as of this posting, now been locked from public view:

An intrepid BRAD BLOG reader took a field trip to that address this morning to find out for us and has now sent back Exclusive photographs!

Here now -- for the first time on the Internets -- is an Exclusive BRAD BLOG look at "8409 Pickwick Lane 299", the address for the Dallas, TX company who designed the website for the ACVR or -- perhaps even more likely -- the headquarters for the American Center for Voting Rights itself!...

While there may be some small-minded folks working these days for GOP front groups, we suspect this choice for a home office would be entirely too cramped even for the tiniest of professional Republican disinformation operatives.

In the meantime, while the Rightwing Lilliputians may be hard at work disinforming the masses, we still have no idea where the funding for this group comes from. They claim to be a not-for-profit, "non-partisan", tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization, but have neither produced the paperwork for it as required by law, nor do they seek donations from the public on their website.

Could there be monied interests in Dallas, TX who might have something to gain from by producing smoke and subterfuge via a well-connected, but phony, "Voting Rights" group setup and run by high-level GOP operatives in order to distract from the real Election Reform organizations gaining steam in America?

13. Mailing Address
Interestingly, their website gives a different mailing address:

American Center for Voting Rights
13807 Beechwood Point Road
Midlothian, VA 23112

That address appears to be this building which appears to be a private residence. It looks like it's in one of those exclusive communities which is unlikely to be zoned for a :sarcasm: large organization :sarcasm: like ac4vr.

Seems funny that they seem to have a distinct lack of anything resembling real offices.

He rides again. I remember when all the election fraud investigating started some rightwing group came out with their own group and it was found out about a week or so later they were tied to the republican party.

15. I was wondering when Mr. Sproul's name would come up
with all this. Funny how that story dropped off the radar, too.
