Tuesday morning, the War Council meets at Camp David...
Edited on Sun Jun-11-06 12:22 PM by kentuck
General Casey is flying if from Baghdad to brief President Bush, Rummy, and all the important advisers of this White House. What will he tell them and what will they decide to do? With "Zarqawi" gone and a new Defense and Interior Minister appointed to the new government, what direction do we go from here? Is Maliki a reliable enough puppet that we can depend on him to do what we want done? Will the carbombings cease now that Zarqawi is gone? Should we put more troops in short-term? Or should we start to withdraw troops before election and declare "victory" of sorts? What will they decide to do?
