Scrap All War Crimes Tribunals Now
They are a joke. If Bush, Blair, Cheney and Rumsfeld don't belong in front of a judge in a war crimes tribunal, then no one does. Just get rid of them because they are a farce.

2. Yes, I am series
Very serious. What in the hell does it mean to put other people up on charges in front of these tribunals when we have our war criminals still relaxing on their comfy chairs. ESPECIALLY this scumbag AWOL war criminal chicken-hawk in the White House. Get him the hell over to The Hague or just close down the International Court of Justice as a failed experiment.

4. What are your three favorite War Crimes Tribunals. . .
that were convened and/or dealt with an undefeated nation? You needn't concern yourself with issues of effectiveness or numbers of defendants, just your three favorite Tribunals involving undefeated war criminals.

Tell you what: I'll start.

The Soviet Union at Nuremburg.

Now of course, that particular criminal nation -- heinous as their actions were -- was both Prosecutor and Judge at Nuremburg, and passed sentence on men accused of the very crimes the Soviet Union participated in with those very men, but by the rules of our discussion, the Tribunal only had to be one of our favorites, not the most effective or even the most fair.

Well, I'm through. Can't think of another. Maybe you'll have better luck. . .

5. Favorite?
Ooh favorites...my favorite ice-cream flavor is vanilla, and my favorite color is blue.

I don't have a "favorite" war crimes tribunal.

7. Top (favorite) Prize Goes To You
A rant...of course it's a rant. It's a one line bombastic declamation expressed with strong emotion, to make a point. Next time I will deliver a policy paper here, or perhaps a treatise. :eyes:
