Poll question: Bush Administration Lies: Their Biggest Assert or Their Biggest Weakness

I go back and forth on this. Sometimes I think it is the first. Other days, I think their lies doom them. I think I'm leaning toward assert at the moment myself.

6. I agree but

The thing of it is those lies certainly are effective because there are many Democrats that believe them. If the Democrats would just stand up and say "you're wrong" (and prove it)then eventfully even the MSM would look pretty stupid.

5. Lying, especially lying big time . . .

Gets the voters pissed off. This admin -- the most truth-challenged of my lifetime -- has such a huge body of lies behind it, and is beginning to lose track of any kind of consensus reality, that they are hugely vulnerable.

If we exploit their mendaciousness.

With regard to the media, even more than tools of their corporate owners, they are herd animals and they love the smell of blood. I'm convinced that the next few months will see them turning course (from this week's "Morning In Baghdad" theme) and savaging the administration repeatedly.

And the people are already disgusted.

Lies will kill the Bush presidency and the 'Lican ascendancy.
