"This elected government is going to have to respond to the people, that's a big change".

-- George W. Bush, 6/14/06, referring to the government of Iraq

I just saw this on CNN, I laughed for 5 minutes, but then wanted to cry...

4. So by his own definition then
He admits he is a tyrant.

He said today:

"And democracy causes you to respond to the people's needs. Tyrants don't have to. They don't have -- sometimes they may have to, but they always have got kind of an interesting way of helping suppress dissent. This elected government is going to have to respond to the people, and that's a big change."

That's funny, Bushie. It was just in January 2005, on the heels of your second coronation, that you told the Washington Post your Administration's moment of accountability had passed. You said "Well, we had an accountability moment, and that's called the 2004 election."

So in other words, you feel like you're no longer accountable then to the people. You don't have to respond.

5. This guy very often projects exactly what he's doing wrong.
Makes one wonder if his unconscious doesn't know it's wrong.
