So I Saw In British News That There Is A Continent Called Africa.

I looked on a map and sure enough there it was to the east over the water but, not quite as far northeast as where we steal our oil, fight wars and generally restore chaos whenever it dies down. Apparently there are millions of people living in the place. From what I saw, there seen to be some problems over there. Poverty is rampant, warfare and even genocide daily events and AIDS is killing people there by the millions.

I just thought I'd mention it as I never hear about this strange land on the American news. I have heard nothing about the problems there or what we plan to do to help from ANY politician.

Has anyone else heard of the place or are these Brits just out of their freaking minds?

Maybe I'm being duped. Can anyone confirm this info???

In the Pentagon's Unified Command structure the entire continent save the 'Horn of Africa' falls under the jurisdiction of the European Command.

And sadly neither side of the aisle seems interested in rectifying this situation. They never will until the people demand it. The people will never demand it until the media starts covering it. Urrrggg.

and it was the most amazing place I've ever been. It does exist. I have pictures to prove it. But I must admit my silly self still cries all the time about some of the things I saw. Eye opening, to say the least.

Now that you know it's really there, whatever you do, don't watch Hotel Rwanda. God help you if you see some of the truth that we never hear about -- you'll never be the same.

Great place. But the poverty is grinding (and I say this as an archaeologist that works in some very poor parts of Latin America).

I notice we pay some attention to Nigeria. Oh yeah, they have oil...

It does not exist. It is as made up as Global Warming, Election Fraud, Peace through Negotiation, Evolution, and any religion other than Christianity.
