check out the superhighway website. it`s going to cost at least a trillion dollars and tens of years to complete.where they are going to get the money , materials ,machines ,and workers will be very interesting...

4. The money is coming from Europe.
The whole of the Texas portion is funded by a Spanish Company, Cintra Concessions de Infraestructuras de Transporte, S.A. So it will be no problem on that score. Talk about "guest workers", "guest employers", "guest" everythings...

5. Another insane and disastrous development from this administration
Don't tell me Congress thinks this is a GOOD idea, despite the union angle. When I think BushCo has sold out this country to absolute limit, something else comes along. The word TREASON comes to mind once again, but instead I guess this is the new definition of PATRIOTISM... :sarcasm:
