Bush, Cheney, and the Neocons lied...on purpose...intentionally....

..with malice aforethought. They did not think Saddam had WMDs or nuclear materials. They knew exactly what they were saying and why they were saying it. The ends justified the means. They intentionally lied to pursue the neocon agenda. When they say that "everyone thought Saddam had WMDs", they are lying. They did not think so. That is why they lied...intentionally...on purpose.
