I called the 877 number and I pressed.

I called them and talked to Michael - clearly a good guy.

The thing is, a lot of people will not give their life stories over the internet.

There are things they really need and there is a "short form". They can do without some of that crap on that form -

I really like the concept of "democracy bonds", it is SO FDR.

They have to have certain things, I respect it. Some of it they don't. For many of us, it is tough to get our clients to sign on the right line. We can help this situation, and I think we better step in. Many of our clients fought to protect us, least we can do for these guys.
