1. Then you have to stop listening to them. You are more important
than they are, so save yourself, please.

9. Yeah, I just turned it off.
I felt a weird sort of duty to listen to it, but it's just too much. It really made me feel terrible.

2. The polls show the people feel differently
from the Congress... Someone is not speaking for their constituents, it seems....

5. A fine summation of the republicon speeches.
I honestly believe Ted Poe(Bullshitter-Texas) has given the same speech four times in the past two days.

But I agree with redstone, take a break. Turn off the TV, turn on the music, get a good book, get two fingers of your mellowing agent of choice and relax, we need you tomorrow.

7. Re:
It's just like the arguments (if you can call them that) against the separation of church and state. Repeated over and over in hopes that someone will be dumb enough to believe it.

10. Brilliant, described Congress perfectly today
Someone on this site yesterday had a post about their doubts as to whether Rove is really a wizard and made some good points. It seems to mention that things have really not gone well with the pres. for the past year and things don't look any better now.

Rove getting a free pass may not set well with people. The Dept. of Transportation is now going to allow foreign countries to buy our air line. Will those foreign owned air lines now be able to transport our troops around the world? The House and Senate told the WH they are totally against this. Then there is the issue of Iraq that all the hype and lies won't change. Immigration might be the dems downfall tho.

What you stated above is the election plan the PNACers are sure will give them another win. Diebold will give them the votes and they will claim that their strategy was right and look how great things are going in Iraq. Sarcasm

11. Funny they love to speak for the Iraqis
But dont' let them speak

That's why they wont support the Kucinich resolution calling on Iraqis to set our leaving date. I wish someone would have enough balls to state that.
