C-Span doing campaign commercials as part of Iraq 'debate' coverage
I know this is a small thing ... or maybe it isn't. Keep your eye on the bottom of your screen. When a Repub is speaking, his name and district is on the screen pretty much the whole time. When a Dem is on, there's a 'news' crawl with just as occasional flash of the guy's name and district.

So, for the back benchers, there is a great speech ... you look up ..... and you have no idea who's talking. But when some halfwit like Half Neanderthal JayDeeHayWorthless is snraling, his name's on the screen nonstop.

1. Maybe It's Just the Opposite
Perhaps C-span wants the population to know just who the morons are? Our guys are saying all the right stuff so there is no need to name them and their areas. We know who the good guys are.
