Kerry should be written & asked to get involved in this-great opportunity
We should write John Kerry and ask him to bring attention to this. He is the perfect guy for the job to give this needed publicity. Think about it-he can redeem himself for his lackluster push to challenge the vote in Ohio (RFK Jr. did a much better job) and show he has the guts to take on the serial bullshit that fixes elections.

PDA DECLARES 'NO CONFIDENCE' IN BUSBY/BILBRAY ELECTION RESULTS!

Website Statement, Email to 60k Members Calls on Officials to Hold Manual Hand Count of All Paper Ballots and 'Paper Trails' due to Illegal, Unsecure Use of Diebold Voting Machines in Important National Contest!

TO REVIEW: The election was run on highly hackable Diebold voting machines that were sent home overnight and unsecurely with poll workers for days prior to the election which rendered the machines both illegal and uncertified for use in the election under both federal and state laws, requirements and statutes.

The GOP has since rushed to swear-in Bilbray before the votes were counted, or the election even certified by the state of California.

1. Tired of this BS: "lackluster push to challenge the vote in Ohio"
C'mon....do your goddamn homework before you diss my main man... maybe you've heard of a guy named John Conyers?

"Fighting for Every Voter"

A few more words about an issue that is of the utmost importance to me.

As political candidates, we spend considerable time and effort every election cycle fighting for votes. After the election, whether won or lost, many candidates leave the irregularities of the election behind. But we owe the voters more than that. When voters are disenfrachised, we owe it to them to seek justice and expose the truth.

That is why I have been so proud of the Kerry-Edwards campaign's ongoing involvement in the investigation and litigation of what went wrong in Ohio. I wrote to the candidates recently to ask that they continue to be involved in this important endeavor.

This is not about the past. It is about figuring out what went wrong and why -- and then getting the next election right, not for the Democratic Party, but for all of the voters.

- John Conyers

4. We can't have them pulling 2004 bullshit
the dems must move away from health care and this or that, even though they are huge issues, the only thing that resonates are answering BS issues and setting the record straight.

Privacy, spying, law breaking, ethics- a kid could right the ads, they must be assualted on what they've done-accountability, balance of power talk-screw this health care talk, it puts people to sleep- unless you jump on the deadline aspect of it
how they set the deadline and stuck it to the old folksa ruthless assault is needed
to meet the ruthless assualt that awaits
