"This is not the time to go all Wobbly", taunts a repub war pig.
I heard one of the republican war pigs say that yesterday to taunt the anti war democrats, who they now call cut and runners, which of course means "coward".

To go all wobbly refers to a man in combat getting weak kneed when the shit hits the fan.

As if these fuckers would even know.

I say we HIJACK that phrase, and the cut and run taunt too, and throw it right back in their faces like the insult it is.

This is not the time for Democrats to go all wobbly in regard to ending this nightmare masturbatory war.

Time and time again since 9-11 we Democrats have endured being called cowards, traitors, supporters of terrorism, weak kneed, defeatists, and worse. Republicans call dirty names, spit in our faces, and rape Lady Liberty daily.

This is NOT the time to go all wobbly against the republican attack machine, it's time to let loose our own political siege machine.

1. And Wobblies were also Union organizers telling DLC'ers not to go Wobbly
is also a lot like telling them to ignore their base.

It will be interesting to see how long playing fear, FEAR! and False Patriotism are as we move toward November. It seems to me to be the cons one foile against the charges of incompetence and corruption.

4. They appeal
to the scared and intellectually lazy. Every debate, every Issue for them fits on a bumper sticker. There cult members don't have to think hard and they like it that way.

We could use a few bumper sticker phrases that stick. I know the truth doesn't usually fit on a bumper sticker it is much more complex but the little bumper sticker things like cut n run, flip flopper, spitballs, gurly men...stay with these people it couldn't hurt to use a few ourselves.

Dem's are great at a funeral..I think of Paul Wellstone and Rosa Parks funerals and wow they moved me ..now if they could just run a campaign like they run a funeral...lol funny but ya got to admit they do rock a funeral.

6. Actually they appeal to deep-seated conservative motivators
anxiety and a desire for simple clear cut anwers is all part of that. So is beating on the chest, name-calling, and bullying... which were important roots for the popular support for the Iraq War.

The neos agenda has been able to successfully play to this aspect of human nature for a long time. They may have fallen upon the formula by accident, but their success has been maintained by continuely writing new words for similar songs.

5. We need to work on our Insult Comeback skills
Name calling skills too. Too often liberals are just too nice and take the high road when debating assholes.

We need to develop the quick comeback, the zinger, the put down and the punch in the nose like a boxer develops his footwork.

It's O.K. to hate these people, and it's O.K. to insult them. Don't worry about sinking to their level and becoming like them, that won't happen. Just use their own tactics agianst them more effectively.

If they call you a Democratic coward, force them to explain their military history, or why they haven't enlisted, or talked their son into enlisting.

Work on your insults in advance, and have them at the ready. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
