Randon thought on secure voting

We all know that getting rid of paperless voting is immediately required, as we can never verify results correctly until we do so.

I just had a thought though; even if we get rid of the diebold machines and go back to paper ballots, what is the way to stop the repukes old fashioned cheating methods such as stuffing ballot boxes or stealing them?

Anyone else wondering the same thing?

wasn't there an incident in 2000 where poll workers with * stickers on their truck loaded up with boxes of ballots and just took off with them? I remember reading about it...
