I havent seen much about the rising crime rates

I hear theyre skyrocketing .

Why am I not seeing this little ditty being highlighted . The tax cuts have been the main reason for this with all the cuts to police and other programs that had this rate falling until lately.

Edited to say that the rising costs and falling wages have also contributed.

2. Our Dem leaders have a perfect oppurtunity here
I remember a few years back when crime rates and fighting them was second to no other issue.

It may be time to bring this issue back to the forefront.

3. This is ONE of the many, many issues...
...that should be brought "back to the forefront".

The problem is that when Rove's spin machine is running full-throttle....NOTHING gets into the news that does not meet with "Regime-approval".
