Murtha ROCKS! Repubs have NO right to say "WE'RE Fighting in Iraq"

He made the point several times lately that he's sick of seeing these young, plump republican boys yelling on the floor about why WE'RE fighting in Iraq.

This point is almost never made in public, but Murtha has the guts to say it.

He has the guts to say that the war is lost, can't be won, and is a disaster.

He has the guts to throw that cut and run shit right back in their faces and I saw him do it today. Paraphrasing, he said they don't have any idea what that even means, and God knows he oughta know if anyone does.

These republicans who say why WE'RE fighting need to be reminded loudly, they aren't fighting, ONE PERCENT OF THE POPULATION IS FIGHTING, our young daughters and sons, not them, and not theirs.

How many of the current republicans calling for a never ending war have done a tour or two or three in Iraq lately? How many? If you can find EVEN ONE I'd take his word over any other republican's.

I read this phrase elsewhere, so it's not the least bit original, but, if the pubs can frame the dem's as "cutting and running", why don't the dems frame the repubs as "staying and dying"?

So all the repubs in favor of perpetual war are voting in favor of STAYING AND DYING. Doesn't sound quuite as patriotic as they would like, doncha think?
