To Defend Bush, Limbaugh Lies About Clinton, Reagan and Carter
It often amazes me how conservative pundits create alternate realities for their listeners. These fact-challenged realities make great radio -- no one lies to weaken an argument -- but ultimately do listeners a great disservice.

Case in point: On the June 6 edition of his popular radio show, Rush Limbaugh so desperately wants to defend President Bush's continued unpopularity that he offers a "parallel" to former Presidents Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter that simply doesn't exist.

They use supersonic mind-fuck waves to convert you to a Bushbot, yes they do I tell ya. And they make you empty your wallet on stupid repeats of his flatulent shows, yes they do. Your only protection is a giant condom on your head, since Rush can't get laid, he hasn't figured out how to get past those.

I'm sure his moran ditto-head listeners know the truth most of the time but they just go along with the gag as if they are trying to convince the rest of the world.

The conservative movement is dying thanks to Boosh. Soon after 2008 Limbore will retire to count his money and the RW sheepies will be lost without their Messiah.

11. The man should be banned from the public airwaves period
And sny station that continues to knowingly and deliberately spread lies needs to be fined- and eventually have their licenses yanked-

If the Dems ever regain any sort of power- media divestment and re-regulation needs to be the first order of business.

but instead- Clinton (along with his appointee Michael Powell) made sure that the culture of lies would consolidate and spread to every chanmel and radio station across the country.

Like I said, if the Dems ever regain power (which is unlikely) media reglation- the laws we had in place for 50 years prior to the Reagan admionistration- needs to be put back in place and enforced aggressively.

that when you tell someone from nowheresville, kansas that limbaugh -- the only "news" soucre on their radio -- lies, they get all huffy and say that we "liberal elite" should stop looking down on them.

there's an ongoing debate on JABBS between sniffer (politicalpartypoop.com) and various JABBS commenters. Sniffer is from Kansas and is a loon -- one of these don't confuse me with the facts types.

But he's adamant that if you tell him that Limbaugh or Hannity is a liar, it's because a) you are a liberal and b) you think he's a retard who can't discern fact from fiction.

He's proof of "what's the matter with kansas."
