DoD 61%. We are headed down the same road the USSR went down in the 80-90s...

I drove down the road the other day and saw where the state had painted brand new yellow lines down the center of the road! Those pretty new yellow lines, went right through a giant pothole in the middle of the road. On the up side...we are rebuilding Iraq, which BTW we paid to bomb flat, because the neocons lied.

10. And, both accept them happily.
Of course, we can trust that the "contributions" will have no effect whatsoever on the recipients votes for the "defense" budget. The same way we can trust the guy selling that really miraculous hair-restorer or Rolex watch out of the trunk of his car.
