3. It looks like 1940s
The early 1940s when they were re-fitting men's suits for women -- during the war rations. If it had contrasting pockets, it'd be an almost perfect period piece.

she's wearing a blue ball gown and it's at night.. i was sure I had saved it, but I've lost it somehow.. Laura's just standing there like a lump in her Target special with something from the drapery section, thrown over her shoulders, and ole *²'s leering at Condi as she paraded in front of him...
