They learn new talking points almost daily. They just aren't capable to learning anything that's not based on myth, fantasy, or bigotry.

7. They should be considered willfully ignorant. Not only are they
ignorant, they prefer to stay that way. They feel it's better to remain ignorant than to learn something that you don't want to admit.
