1. With voting machines issues, are you...
including voting rights? (ie harassment at the polls, knocking people off lists, caging etc)

2. I'm still wondering about that bunch of so called "terrorists" in Miami.
I know this has been discussed, but I think they were set-up by the FBI "informant." Why this group was chosen is what has me scratching my head. They really look like they do not have the wherewithall to feed themselves, let alone put together a complex plot. I hope the truth comes out and soon.... so I can stop thinking about it!

4. I picked "Other" because you didn't offer "all the above", I think......
....we will do ourselves and the American people a huge disfavor if we focus on one or two issues.

7. All valid concerns, kentuck. On the plus side, though, I also like
our line-up of Congressional candidates going into November.

I think Democrats are going to have a fine showing in these midterms.

10. Hey kentuck. The news out of the Bluegrass State sounds like ol'
Ernie Fletcher is in a bit of a stew, and that other state races may be influenced.

It would be terrific to pick up a blue seat or two.

Whatever you're doin', keep doin' it.

11. Since 1792, when KY became the 15 state...
they have surprised many, many times with their political decisions. I would suggest that KY never be put in a red or blue bottle.. :)

12. Agree. I find myself from time to time missing Wendell Ford. Part of
that is my acute disdain for Mitch McConnell, but still.

I was hoping Nick Clooney would win his race for that Congressional seat. He would have been a great representative. (I'm a long-time Nick fan from his work as a newscaster in Cincinnati.)

Well, it will be exciting to watch the election returns come in from Kentucky in November. A lot of us will be around a radio or tv or web screen and we'll be hawkeyeing the returns.

13. Our rights, our Constitution, our Democracy
I often feel we're in danger of losing America. While people cheer over being protected from "terrorists," our Constitution is trampled on and all our rights are stolen from us. Voting rights, choice rights, free speech rights, privacy rights, Constitutional rights, BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS... everything we should all be trying to protect.

14. Poverty, ignorance, injustice, racism, overpopulation, the environment.
And, all that ensues from the above.

16. The fact that the USA died the day we invaded Iraq and is now
a facist country going downhill very fast. And there doesn't seem to be much standing in the way of the down fall.
