Yeah you assholes who voted GOP solely on ridiculous wedge issues like abortion, affirmative action, anti-gay, anti-unionism, etc... How are you doing now that your jobs have been exported elsewhere? Who you gonna blame now? Way to go you fucking idiots.

3. They got what they voted for.
I mean, you can't say they didn't know what they were voting for. It was obvious from the very beginning of the "Reagan Revolution" unless you just had your head up your ass.

5. I'm guilty I voted for Reagan in 1980 and have regretted
it ever since. I took it hook line line and sinker and blamed Carter for the gas lines and the hostages. I would also have voted for Ross Perot in 1992 if I thought he had a chance. In my opinion what Ross said about NAFTA, WTO and the Deficit have all proven correct. I keep hoping another independent appears before 2008. This country is such a mess with the politicians (both parties) being for sale to the highest bidder, I see little hope for the future.

10. Oh no diss meant, doc!
We were all young and foolish once... some of us are old and foolish now.
Reagan would have won both times with or without your vote, so no guilt eh?

7. Your Sentiment Towards the Future
is what emboldens the real enemy within our country. They want you to feel both sides are no good at all. They want you to give up... just don't ask us all to do the same.

11. I agree, but I still vote. That's why a lot of people don't
it's like what's the use they are all the same. Look at 2004 how many eligible voters actually voted for W maybe 25% if you can even believe the count.

9. Voting for someone who has NO CHANCE TO WIN is a mistake.
It's helped Bush win twice!

They even helped pay for Ralph to run. I'll bet it felt good to those people who were voting for Nader at the time...but I wonder how good they feel about the country now? Are you better off now, than you were 6 years ago?(a fair question for Reagan to ask then, so it's a fair one for the democrats to ask today)

Who was the better president Clinton, or W?

If you can't tell the difference by now I pity you, as I pity America.

A vote for a third party politician at this time, is a vote for more of this crap.

13. True enough, however
if the third party nominee is a fundie, he will draw all the bible thumping voters away from voting GOP, which can only help the Democratic nominee. If the wingnuts want to throw their votes away, let 'em have at it.

14. Speaking of throwing ones vote away
here's hoping the fundie contingent turn up their holier-than-thou noses at voting for McCain. Hell, and who can blame them.

16. I was a bush supporter in 1990
Fortunately, I was 5 years old, and unable to vote. Two years later, I was fully behind Clinton.

18. I remember talking to a woman
who was going to vote for Reagan in 1980. She said "it's time for a change". I said "a change to *what*?" Well, she got her change - hope she's happy.
