You gotta know when to hold them, know when to fold them----

The words of Kenny Rogers come to my mind every time I hear the words--Cut and Run. I have no experience in military matters. I recall the term, cut and run, as a maneuver described in some discussion of combat logistics with friends who have experienced combat. When confronted with overwhelming odds and no chance of survival, a cut and run operation is called for.
* stood like a deer in the headlights throughout the month of Aug 01 and especially on the fateful day of 9/11 and the non-combat experienced excuses for leaders in his cabinet want us all to strike the same pose.
I would prefer to cut and run with Murtha and the real soldiers who stand up to these chicken hawks and live to fight another day.

The Kenny Rogers song, though, is better.

How about we all request Kenny from our local country radio stations?

we hear "cut and run", we should start singing that song. I know I will.
