Wow found an old rant I blogged on a journal

The stories that never get spoken about....

--- Date of actual rant Wednesday, March 31st, 2004, was just looking up old journal site I hardly use anymore ((lot of cyber dust to blow off of it heh)). Sad since when this was written we just passed the 500 dead mark. Now we sit at close to 2200 dead and over 16,000 wounded and for what? So a "President" can joke around "nope no WMD's here," while looking under his desk. --


All I can say is its about fucking time that someone is talking about the wounded that we vaguely hear about on the news.

I get soo pissed off everytime a reporter talks about the day and says "1 dead, 3 wounded in Iraq."

I don't really feel that the average American understands what wounded in war means. Maybe they think its just a couple of cuts, bruises...or at worse a "clean shot."

Well average American it isn't!!

The human body doesn't take "war" very well. In war you have people's limbs blowing off, shrapnel ripping holes through abdomens to let entrails fall out, things blowing up and covering you in flames to where you have 3rd degree burns over most of your body, its not fucking pretty...I've seen it. I have even taken part in action where we got pulled out of a country after only 19 servicemen were lost in a single fight. Now here we are in Iraq with over 500 dead and 3000 wounded AFTER the "WAR" ENDED!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!!

Don't people see how bad Bush is for this country and the world!!! His whole administration from Rumsfield, to Rice and Cheney..hell just about everyone he has under him.

I sooo don't want him re-elected, and if more people would understand what he's putting our soldiers through let alone their families and so on I can't see how anyone would vote for this idiot.

I mean look what he's done to our country for crying out loud!!!
