Rush Limbaugh has never had (legal) trouble with prescription medication.
To be prescription medication, there must be a prescription written for the medication -- an all too obvious fact that somehow seems to escape people.

My Rush joke:

What do you get when you catch Rush Limbaugh with an illegal bottle of Viagra? ...A hardened criminal.

3. Actually he did: charged with doctor shopping to get prescriptions.

MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Rush Limbaugh must pass random drug tests for the next 18 months to satisfy an agreement filed Monday that will lead to dismissal of a prescription fraud charge if he stays out of trouble.

The conservative commentator also must continue treatment for his addiction and cannot own a gun, according to details of the deal made public Monday. And the agreement says he "will refrain from any violation of any law."

The agreement does not call for Limbaugh to admit guilt to the charge that he fraudulently concealed information to obtain prescription drugs.

Limbaugh was accused of seeking a prescription from a physician in 2003 without revealing that he already had received medications from another practitioner within 30 days.

4. I think you're missing the point.

Limbaugh is no different than any other junkie. One can't simply attach to word prescription to his drug abuse to legitimize or lessen his junkie status.

8. I responded to a misstatement of fact. He did have prescriptions,
hence the legal charge. (IIRC his maid claimed he also used her to score stuff wo prescriptions but he wasn't charged with that.)

The guy's an addict and a law breaker. By his own oft stated criteria, he should be in the slammer. Not flying off to the DR for a Viagra weekend. Way to go, Rushbo, those "privacy measures" sure worked out well. LOL Wonder if the National Enquirer will spread some money around the DR to find out what old Rushbo was *cough* up to.

12. Which is precisely why he was charged with doctor shopping: to get
quantities of drugs (via multiple prescriptions) that no single doctor would prescribe.

5. How arrogant do you have to be?

He got a sweetheart deal from the prosecutor in his criminal case on the condition he stays clean. So what would any normal person do? Make damn sure every pill bottle you have has your name on it and a copy of the prescription just to be safe. Especially if you are traveling to a foreign country. Well, Rush is special & he didn't want anyone to know about his "performance issues". Now the whole world knows. I hope the prosecutor pulls the deal and goes on with the charges.

There'd be a warrant out by now. This is EXACTLY the thing he wasn't supposed to do.

7. From now on Rushbo will have a flunky assistant travel with him.

And it will be the flunky's job to carry the contraband for Pimple-Butt in his possession. When the flunky gets caught Rushbo will sanctimoniously hang him out to dry.

fudge the label on the bottle of a controlled substance?

This guy must be jailed today.
