I suggest that the very best thank you we could give would be to take those few enumerated recommendations he listed at the end of the speech, write them down, commit them to memory, and vow to do something every day, starting today to further them. (I have already called my senators re calling for the Special Counsel and will call the Attorney General's office as soon as I find the number. Next might be badgering the media to cover the speech and a barrage of LTTE's and whatever else it occurs to us to do.)

Vice President Gore is a truly remarkable man who gave a truly remarkable speech today that brought me to tears, but his speech will remain just a speech unless we answer his call.

As Bob Barr said, Mr. Bush has dared us to do something about his abuse of power. Mr. Gore showed us how today. NOW LET'S DO IT!!
