have you ever wondered why it is that the bushes seem to surround
themselves with incompetent people all of the time? either they surround themselves with incompetent people, or else they surround themselves with liars.

2. They want "yes" men, not someone who will come in and tell them they're
wrong. The agenda is in stone, staffers are a dime a dozen.

3. Actually, white collar criminals try to get everyone confused.
Among the incompetence and disarray it's much easier to steal, and it's hard to prove because there isn't a good paper trail to follow. In order to pull this off, it helps if not so bright employees and associates are involved because they don't see through the ruse as easily until it's too late and one of them get's set up as a scapegoat.

4. They only want LOYALTY to them, not competence.
Bush is doing that to the CIA, too. That's why so many agents and analysts have been forced out. Loyalty to Bush had to come before loyalty to the constitution or tha American people.

5. Precisely

And FEMA (pre-Katrina) was an excellent case in point. No one in upper level management knew their ass from a hole in the ground but they were proven Bushbackers. And that was all that mattered to Smirky.

6. The * cabal only goes through the motions of governance. Their real
effort is put into stealing every bit of wealth from the nation and the world, while they're still able to. These people they assign to various positions merely help to deconstruct the fabric of the country, so it can be picked clean.
