No rest for the wicked...

I've posted more than usual today. I'm managing to balance political stuff with the novel I'm trying to finish, something I don't usually manage quite so well.

Right now in my novel I've got a bunch of unintentional time-travelers (well, unintentional on THEIR part) setting out to steal a bunch of cop cars as a distraction to a powerful, magic using cult leader so their own group of mages can take him by surprise. I'm having a LOT of fun with it, believe me. Especially since the dark immortal, Hades, is getting a chance to play at being a bad guy again for a brief time without jeopardizing his recent redemption.

But as far as the political stuff goes... Some of it's damn good, but there's one that I have to agree isn't the sharpest thing I've ever written. And it made me feel somehow dirty, even though it was milder than it could have been.

Believe me, you'll know which one I mean.
