4. Go back over every executive order of the last 8 years...
and undo the obviously illegal ones, such as the early executive order that tossed aside the Presidential Records Act in a blatant, obviously unconstitutional move -- and Bush wasn't even a "wartime president" yet! :eyes:

I've been trying to figure out why in 8 years of presidency Clinton couldn't have made this bright move. That, and the Telecom Act pretty much screwed us for life.
