I'm not getting into specifics here. Just investigate it all, and publish the findings in a report everyone can understand. Maybe just a factbook or something.

4. Go back over every executive order of the last 8 years...
and undo the obviously illegal ones, such as the early executive order that tossed aside the Presidential Records Act in a blatant, obviously unconstitutional move -- and Bush wasn't even a "wartime president" yet! :eyes:

5. Work to strengthen the idea of 'separation of powers'
so that we can be sure that no president will ever again think that he is above the Constitution and not bound by the laws of the land.

I've been trying to figure out why in 8 years of presidency Clinton couldn't have made this bright move.

That, and the Telecom Act pretty much screwed us for life.
