A new client selected me because of my IMPEACH BUSH sticker

I get a moderate amount of business because of the business signs I have on my car, but this is the first time a new client told me he decided to make use of my computer repair service specifically because of the stickers on the back of my vehicle.

I have a few- my Air Force sticker, a "It's not that I'm old- your music really DOES suck" sticker, a "The first casualty of war is truth" sticker, and my Democratic Underground sticker (natch!)- but the centerpiece (noted by me here before) is my IMPEACH BUSH sticker. This is the one that caused this particular commercial airline jet pilot to write down my number and call me for an appointment.

As I've said before, this is in DALLAS TEXAS. I get thumbs up all the time from fellow drivers, but this one is special to me.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO ANNOUNCE YOUR POSITION IN PUBLIC. When you do this, you never know WHO will see it and what positive thing will happen!!!

I'd choose you for that alone. :-)

I do know it has more than one mall location- "Something Imports"- they sell a lot of polished rocks, incense, beadwork, and stuff like that. They also have a large rack of stickers and assorted pin-on buttons. If the name of the store drops on my head I'll update the thread.

Louis Armstrong is one of my childhood heros ever since I saw him play. Love Johnny Cash too, and Bach... I arranged lots of Bach for classical guitar, and played an entire cello suite for my degree recital (I have a masters degree in music). I did research for my PhD in musicology (which I never finished) in medaeval and renaissance music... OLD music! :D

To be honest, Pink Floyed is one of my all time favorite bands, and Captain Beefheart is a mad genius! :evilgrin:
