2. It doesn't suprise me at all...
in a nation where feminism is held in disdain and women have been told to be more "discreet" about their rights...is it not suprising that young women would not know what suffrage is and what it means.

Hell most kids don't realize that women didn't have the right to vote under the original US Constitution...hell even most men didn't...

5. apparently a lot more girls knew what suffrage was..
but they aren't in the video...

the Padua teachers were not amused by this and most of their student body wasn't either.

The nuns basically stated that this will hopefully be a lesson to young people not to rush in and sign just anything..
